Players wishing to register for the Women’s Summer Soccer Team

Whether you bring the form to practice, email it or mail it to me also include a passport size clear headshot photo of yourself along with a copy of your drivers license or some photo I.D. with your birthday listed. Practice begins Tuesday, May 4th and will be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:30pm. Also include your $80 check made out to No Limits Soccer or send cash. We are two weeks late with our registration so please do this as soon as possible. Our mailing address is:
