Rescheduled Session

The training that was canceled on Tuesday, August 23rd has been rescheduled to take place on Wednesday, August 31st. There will be a normally scheduled practice on Tuesday, August 30th.

Sunday’s Women’s Game and Practice Time Change

Sunday is the first game of the Women’s Teams fall season. The game is at 8:30 am in Lake of the Hills. Please check in with Jess Ochoa to let her know if you’ll be there or not.

Practice in New Lenox will be Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 7:00.

Summer Training 2010

We are beginning a new outdoor soccer training session on Wednesday, June 30th at Central Presbyterian Church located at 1101 Gougar Road in New Lenox for players ages 5 to 12. There will be training every week for 8 weeks and the session will end on Wednesday, August 18th.

The sessions will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Players will train from 6:00 to 7:30 pm and should wear shin guards, bring a soccer ball and water.

Our training method includes fitness within the framework of each session. We will focus on the technical, tactical and psychological aspects of the game by using grid work and small sided games. The fee for one day a week training is $150 and for twice a week training the fee will be $250. Please pay the fee at the first training session and we’ll have registration forms on site.

Excellent game Sunday Ladies beating the Chickens 5 to 2! Alyson Doyle scored 4 goals and assisted Sara Garcia on the 5th.

This Sunday’s game is at home at 9:00 am.

Frankfort Park District Schedule April 8th

At our last meeting I mentioned to a few parents that after the Easter break we would be returning on April 10th. At the time the Park District website confirmed this. However, after speaking to the athletic director Scott I was informed that this was incorrect. We will be in fact returning on Saturday, April 17th and the session will meet in the Founders Center gym located at 140 Oak Street. I apoligize for the error.

I will also be posting information here within the next week concerning the Spring Outdoor Training that will be held in New Lenox beginning Monday, April 26th which is a stand alone No Limits program for players interested in a higher level of training.

Under 19 Team Practice Time Change
